The Library/Media Center (LMC) serves as a resource for learning and reading for The Dorset School community.  Beyond traditional books, the LMC offers materials on tapes, films, and disks and coordinates the use of the technology to access these.  Additional resource materials can be accessed through the statewide interlibrary loan network.

Materials circulate for a one-week period and can be renewed on a weekly basis.  Selected reference materials circulate to the classroom only.

The LMC is open before, during, and after school during the school year.  Replacement charges are assessed for lost and/or damaged materials.  Library circulation privileges are suspended until the assessed charges are paid.
