Environmental Learning for the Future (ELF)
Environmental Learning for the Future (ELF) is a hands-on natural science learning program designed by the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS) taught by parent and community volunteers. A state-wide program, ELF has been in existence since 1974. ELF involves children in sorting and classifying, role playing, sensorial activities and creative arts. ELF is taught each month (except December) through May in grades K-4.

Volunteers participate in a lively learning and sharing workshop. No teaching experience is needed! Come join us explore the environment with our children.
