<> Student Self assessment third term

<>Physical Education classes will be using a Cooperative assessment this year. Your son/daughter's self-assessment may only be shared with parents, administration, and myself. A folder will be kept for the entire year. The social skills may be self-assessed twice during the term. If  I have a concern with their assessment, I will ask for a meeting with the student.  Keeping the student's input in mind, I will then make the final assessment and transfer to the school's report card.
. Students will   assess their social and  physical skills. Every student was asked to set personal goals, and hopefully  they set goals to challenge themselves. A  self assessment of a 3 indicates that they have met their goal, and a 4 is an assessment from me indicating  the rare "always".

Below is a copy of this term's self assessment
